The journey home

Having collected the Porsche I drove home with a friend, Karl Palmer, following.  We were going from Portishead to Skipton, a journey of 225 miles.  At a petrol stop on the way Karl noticed that the indicators and brake lights were not working so fiddled about with the fuse and they sprang into life.  The rest of the journey went smoothly.  When I arrived back at work everyone was excited and had a good look round.  I felt that I had had a full body workout!
This photo is from a few days later when work had started on the refurb, filling had started and the removal of some of the parts.
